Description
Research Informed Virtual Relationship-based Practice Training (RIVRT) is a virtual reality enabled training course designed for social care professionals at all levels. Grounded in two years of ethnographic research and in exclusive partnership with the University of Birmingham and Sandwell Children’s Trust (SCT), RIVRT immerses learners in a powerful 11-month journey with a fictional family, exploring how practitioners can overcome relational challenges and create positive change.
RIVRT Modules:
Structured over two days and seven modules, this experiential training allows participants to experience what research has found leads to ‘barriers’ and ‘enablers’ in developing effective relationship-based practices, by offering a front-row seat to the subtle nuances which can impact outcomes for all involved.
